(a) The official seal of the City shall be and remain the property of the City of Warrensville Heights until revised, redesigned and replaced by action of Council.
(b) The official seal of the City may be used by the City solely for public, civic, and/or City purposes of an official nature, and use by or for any individual, organization or group for political or personal purposes is expressly forbidden, unlawful and prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Mayor, in writing, solely for the above-permitted purposes.
