The official seal of the City shall consist of a ribbon forming an incomplete circle, open at the bottom with a fold near each end. On the ribbon, beginning at the left are the following words, “The City of Warrensville Heights, Ohio”, all in capital letters. At the bottom in the open area of the incomplete circle of ribbon there are two clasped hands as if shaking hands. Above the hands approximately one-third of the circle is the legend, “The Friendly City”, in stylized capital letters with the word “Friendly” being underlined and twice the size of the words “The” and “City”. Above the legend appear three stylized trees in the front of some homes and on the right, a church and two trees, all of which are sheltered by a canopy of one large scalloped cloud, the highest part of which is closest to the top of the circle.
