1397.10 LIABILITY TO CITY.

The City by issuance of an occupancy permit, in no way guarantees or insures the holder thereof or the subsequent occupant of the premises or any other interested party that there is not a violation of the Business Maintenance Code, the Building or Zoning Code of the City, Fire Prevention Code, or other ordinances or regulations of the City.
