1391.05 CONFLICT.

In the event of conflict between any provisions of this Business Maintenance Code, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Business Maintenance Code, and any provisions of the ordinances of the City, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provisions shall prevail.
