(a) The application for a certificate of inspection shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each single family dwelling structure, dwelling or dwelling unit covered by the application. For an apartment or multiple dwelling, the fee shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per unit covered by the application, and two hundred dollars ($200.00) each commercial or business structure and $90.00 per unit for each structure. The fee(s) shall be paid at the time the application for a certificate of inspection is filed.
(b) No fee will be charged for any second inspection requested by the same owner within one (1) year from the date of issuance of a certificate of inspection for the same property.
(c) Whenever there is a third or subsequent inspection requested for the same violations of the same property, the owner shall pay an additional nonrefundable fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) for each third or subsequent inspection.
