Combined curb and gutter and separate curbing shall be removed where necessary for the full width of the driveway or apron opening at the curb line. Such curb removal shall be done so as to avoid any injury to the curb remaining in place, which shall be rounded off and finished under the supervision of the Building Commissioner or his authorized representative.
