As used in this chapter:
(a) "Driveway" for a single or two-family dwelling means that portion of the road or passage leading from the garage or dwelling house to the sidewalk.
(b) "Driveway" for a three-family dwelling or any commercial business, means that portion of the road or passage leading from the sidewalk to the parking lot. In the event that there is no sidewalk, it is the passage leading from the apron to the parking lot.
(c) "Apron" means that portion of the road or passage from the end of the driveway abutting the sidewalk to the pavement along the public street.
