No person shall occupy any trailer, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or similar conveyance for residential purposes in the City unless a permit therefor has been granted by the Mayor, which permit shall state the conditions of such occupancy so as to meet sanitary and health requirements, and shall not be granted for a period of in excess of four days.
