(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, in case of a conviction of any person to whom there has been issued a license or permit under the provisions of this chapter, such license or permit shall be forthwith revoked.
(b) The application of the penalty provided in Subsection (a) hereof shall not be deemed to prevent the application of any other equitable remedy.
