1333.01 AMOUNT AND PAYMENT OF FEES.

The fees to be paid for building permits within the City shall be determined by the Department of Buildings and shall be noted on the application when approved for the issuance of the permit. Such fees so determined shall be paid to the Building Commissioner who shall give receipt for the same and thereupon issue the permit.
