(a) There is hereby adopted the most current edition of the Ohio Building Code (OBC), the Ohio Plumbing Code, and the Ohio Mechanical Code and related codes as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as set forth in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
(b) One copy of the Ohio Building Code, the Ohio Plumbing Code, and the Ohio Mechanical Code shall be on file in the office of the Building Commissioner.
