The present Municipality, known as the Village of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate, under the name of the Village of Warrensville Heights, or the City of Warrensville Heights, as the population requires, and with the same boundaries, with powers and authority to change its boundaries and annex other territory contiguous thereto in the manner authorized by the general laws of Ohio.
