753.03 EXAMINATION OF VEHICLE .
   No license shall be issued for any vehicle until such vehicle has been throughly and carefully inspected and examined and found to be in thoroughly safe condition for the transportation of passengers, clean, fit, of good appearance and well painted and varnished. Such examination shall be made by the Mayor, or by some person designated by him, and similar examinations shall be made at intervals of not more than ninety days after the issuance of a license. The license issued for the operation of any given vehicle shall be revoked if upon such re- examination it is at any time found not to be in the condition required prior to the issuance of the license.
