Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender, or any representative of the offender’s business has previously been convicted of a violation of this chapter, then the violation is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Any offender may have his or her license revoked by the Mayor or the Chief of Police. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
