No person, whether principal or agent, shall open or conduct a temporary store or other place for selling of wearing apparel or any other goods, wares or merchandise within the Municipality, or offer any such article for sale until such has complied with the provisions of Section 729.02 and procured from the Chief of Police a license to open such store or conduct such sale.
Such license fee shall be paid to the Chief of Police in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 2002-078. Passed 10-1-02.)
