725.02 FAILURE OF EMPLOYEE TO GIVE INFORMATION.

No person employed or connected with the management of a motel, hotel or inn, having knowledge of a false, fictitious or assumed name being registered at the hotel, shall fail, refuse or neglect to furnish information in relation thereto to any court when called upon to do so. (ORC 3731.18; Ord. 1957-33. Passed 3-19-57.)
