(a) Each individual mechanical game device shall be licensed and registered. No person shall keep, maintain, permit or allow any unlicensed and unregistered device to be in or upon any public place or place of business under the control, supervision or direction of such person except as in this chapter may be exempted from license and registration.
(b) Any public place or place of business that permits more than two mechanical or electrical game amusement devices shall be required to obtain a special use permit as provided in Section 1147.01 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
