4-3-8: HUNTING PROHIBITED WITHIN CITY LIMITS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to: 1) discharge a firearm within the City limits for the purpose of taking any animal, or 2) hunt with a gun or dog or bow and arrow within the City limits, or 3) allow a dog to hunt within the City limits.    B.   Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1174, 10-21-1991; amd. Ord. 1897, 3-5-2001)
