3-4-10: PENALTY:
Except as otherwise provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. O2017-75, 12-4-2017)
