The provisions of this subchapter apply to the construction, reconstruction, alteration, erection, use, moving, occupancy and addition to all buildings and structures, other than industrialized building systems or mobile structures certified under IC 22-15-4, in the town and the unincorporated tract as designated in § 150.03.
