§ 111.01 LICENSES FOR OPERATION OF AMUSEMENTS REQUIRED.

   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to harbor, maintain, or operate for gain within the corporate limits of the town without first purchasing and obtaining a license as provided for in this chapter any of the following:

   (A)   Billiard tables;

   (B)   Pool tables;

   (C)   Snooker tables;

   (D)   Card tables;

   (E)   Pinball machines;

   (F)   Video electronic machines;

   (G)   Juke boxes;

   (H)   All other forms of amusement devices;

   (I)   Bowling alleys; and

   (J)   Shooting galleries.
