§ 110.06  SOLICITING AT CERTAIN TIMES A NUISANCE.
   The practice of going to a private residence in the town by any person for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale, or selling of merchandise, services, or literary materials, prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. on any day, not having been requested to do so by the owner or occupant thereof, is declared to be unlawful.
