§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   Any person engaging in any activity requiring a certificate as set out in this chapter without first having obtained a certificate as herein provided or who shall violate any of the other terms of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 and not more than $50 for each offense.
