§ 93.05  PERMIT TO MAKE EXCAVATIONS, MOVE BUILDINGS, OR PLACE BUILDING MATERIALS OR OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS IN STREETS REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any entity to make or cause to be made any excavation in any street of the town for the purpose of constructing or repairing any sewer or water main or for any other purpose whatever, to move buildings, or to place building materials or any other obstruction in any street of said town without first having procured a permit from
the Town Council or its agent appointed for that purpose.
