§ 90.13  RABIES CONTROL.
   Every animal which bites a person shall be promptly reported to the Animal Control Authority, and shall thereupon be securely quarantined for a period of ten days, unless sooner certified in writing to be free of rabies by either the County Health Officer or a person duly licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state, upon the payment of any impounding fees, and compliance with the licensing provisions as provided in § 90.03.
