§ 70.07  EXERCISING PROPER PRECAUTION.
   Notwithstanding other provisions of this title, every user of the public ways of this town shall exercise due care to avoid colliding with any other user of, or anything located upon, any public way in the town, and shall give appropriate warnings, and exercise proper precautions in the circumstances.

§ 70.08  MINORS VIOLATING TRAFFIC CODE.
   The parent or guardian of any minor shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such minor to violate any of the provisions of this traffic code.

INSPECTIONS
§ 70.15  INSPECTION FEE.
   (A)   The Town Marshal, Assistant Marshal, or Deputy Marshal shall hereafter charge, collect, and remit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer a fee of $5 for each motor vehicle inspection check conducted prior to registration in the state for a certificate of title pursuant to IC 9-17-2-12 et seq. and amendments thereto.
   (B)   All fees collected from inspections as provided for in this section shall be deposited in the Town Continuing Education Fund, to be disbursed therefrom by appropriation.

ACCIDENTS
§ 70.25  ACCIDENT REPORT FEE.
   (A)   The Town Marshal, Assistant Marshal, or Deputy Marshal shall hereafter charge, collect, and remit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer a fee of $5 for each motor vehicle accident report furnished to a person entitled thereto, pursuant IC 9- 29-11-1 and amendments thereto.
   (B)   All fees collected from accident reports as provided for in this section shall be deposited in the Town Continuing Education Fund, to be expended at the Town Marshal's discretion for any Police Department purposes reasonably related to the keeping of accident reports or the prevention of  accidents.

§ 70.99  PENALTY.
   Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared unlawful in this title and no penalty is otherwise provided, the offender shall be fined not more than $2500 for each offense or violation.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
