§ 52.12  REFILLING SPRINKLER TANKS OR SWIMMING POOLS WITHOUT PERMISSION PROHIBITED.
   No entities having sprinkling systems or having charge of swimming pools shall refill their tanks or swimming pools until after notifying the Superintendent of the water utility and obtaining consent to do so.
