The following shall be municipal service rates for the Town of Warren.
(A) To whom available. This service shall be available to the town for municipal services such as the water utility, the sewage works, the Town Hall, fire station, parks, and the like.
(B) Character of service. Electric energy supplied hereunder shall be alternating current, 60-cycle, at any standard single-phase or poly- phase voltage supplied by the utility in the locality for which service is required.
(C) Rates. The rate for municipal service shall be $.0381 per kWh for all kWh.
