§ 36.08  DEPOSIT OF FEES.
   All fees received from a person pursuant to this policy shall be deposited into the General Fund.

§ 36.09  UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OF A PUBLIC RECORD.
   It shall be unlawful for any person having or obtaining access to a public record to alter the content of the public record from its original state.

§ 36.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating § 36.09 above shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500.00 for each offense. A complaint for violation seeking the imposition of a fine may be filed with any court of competent jurisdiction.
