(A) There is hereby created the County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council whose membership shall be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
(B) The Council shall have the responsibility and duty of advising the Emergency Services Director on matters relating to the enforcement of this chapter as specified in § 111.24 and shall develop and recommend for approval by the Board of County Commissioners such standards of care, policies, procedures, and actions which will maintain and improve the quality of emergency medical services for the residents of the county.
