Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-803, no final plat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the county, as established in §§ 158.015 through 158.019, shall be recorded by the Register of Deeds of Warren County until it has been approved by the Planning Board or its authorized representative as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this subchapter, including review fees established and approved by the Board of Commissioners.
