§ 158.019  APPROVAL OF PUBLIC SERVICES.
   No building permits shall be issued, nor shall water, sewer, or other county facilities or services be extended to or connected with any subdivision for which a plat is required to be approved unless and until such plat has been approved by the Planning Board or its agent and recorded in the Warren County Register of Deeds Office.
