(a) No person shall traverse the lawn area of the land of another, or other portions of the land of another not otherwise intended as a walkway, while engaged, for hire or otherwise in the carrying or delivery of goods, wares, parcels, packages, letters, chattels, handbills, merchandise or like objects.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
