(a) No person shall attach any wires, cables, devices or other equipment to a community antenna television system, or any appurtenance thereto for the purpose of receiving television signals without the express consent of the owner of such community antenna television system.
(b) No person, with intent to defraud, shall receive or cause any other person to receive television signals from a community antenna television system without the express consent of the owner of such community antenna television system.

(c) Whoever violates this section shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000) and shall be imprisoned for six months.
