111.04 REPORTS TO COUNCIL; COPIES.
   (a)    Any report submitted to Council by department heads, elected officials, consultants or any other persons, shall be limited to the following:
(1)    One copy to the appropriate committee chairman.
(2)    One copy to any other member of Council who, for one reason or another may need a copy.
(3)    One copy to the Clerk of Council for the files of Council.
   (b)    Any member of Council not supplied with a copy of a report as previously outlined may, should he or she desire to be supplied with such a copy, request the Clerk of Council to supply him or her with such a copy. The Clerk of Council shall honor any such request within a reasonable time.
