111.03 CITIZENS’ ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON ENERGY AND UTILITIES.
   (a)   There is hereby created a Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Energy and Utilities to serve the Public Utilities Committee of Council by providing advice, information and concerns of the residents of the City with regard to energy and public utility matters.
   (b)   The Advisory Committee shall serve the Public Utilities Committee of Council and shall be composed of five members appointed for each term of Council and the appointments to its organization meetings and work shall be determined and directed by the Public Utilities Committee and the Advisory Committee shall be responsible to and report to the Public Utilities Committee.
   (c)   The President of Council is authorized to make available administrative space to assist the Advisory Committee in its work under such direction as is given by the Public Utilities Committee from time to time.
