111.02 CLERK OF COUNCIL; DUTIES.
   Council is authorized to employ a Clerk and Deputy Clerk of Council. The Clerk of Council shall be required to attend all regular and special meetings of Council, keep proper files of all papers and documents which are a part of the transactions of Council, and make such records available to the public.
   The Clerk shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by Council.
