(a) No person shall offer to sell, sell, provide, furnish, deliver, transfer or otherwise disseminate any martial arts weapon or Kung-fu weapon (whether of a long, short, soft, double or throwing nature) to any person under eighteen years of age.
(b) No person shall offer to sell, sell, provide, furnish, deliver, transfer or otherwise disseminate any knife whose blade exceeds four inches in length to any person under eighteen years of age.

(c) Whoever violates subsections (a) or (b) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. If, however, the offense was committed on school premises or in a school building or within 1,000 feet of the boundaries of any school premises, violation of either of said subsections is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
