529.09 RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS; OBSTRUCTING VIEW.

(a) No establishment in the City selling beer or intoxicating liquor shall have any covering on doors or windows in such a manner as to obstruct visibility from the street.

(1953, Sec. 4.3)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
