(a) Any person, organization or group wishing a notice of the monthly meetings shall request the same in writing of the Clerk of Council, on forms provided, and shall furnish a stamped, self-addressed envelope for such purpose.
(b) Any person, organization or group requesting advance notice of meetings at which any specific type of business shall be conducted or discussed, may obtain notice by requesting the same from the Clerk of Council on forms provided, and shall furnish a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
