105.08 SEVENTH WARD.
   The Seventh Ward shall contain all that land bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point where the centerline of West Market Street and the extended centerline of Parkman Road, N.W. if extended southerly would intersect; thence westerly along the centerline of West Market Street to a point where the centerline of Nevada Avenue, S.W. if extended northerly would intersect, thence southerly along the extended centerline and the centerline of Nevada Avenue, S.W. to a point in the centerline of Hamilton Street, S.W.; thence westerly along the centerline of Hamilton Street, S.W. and its extension to a point in the centerline of Reserve Avenue, S.W.; thence southerly along the centerline of Reserve Avenue S.W., and its extension to a point in the centerline of Steele Street, S.W.; thence westerly along the centerline of Steele Street S.W. to a point in the centerline of Martin Luther King Avenue S.W.; thence southerly along the centerline of Martin Luther King Avenue S.W. and its extension to a point in the centerline of Risher Road, S.W. such point also being in the corporation line of the City; thence in a westerly direction along the corporation line and its various courses and intersecting South Leavitt Road and continuing westerly along the corporation line and its various courses to a point in the southwesterly corner in the corporation line, such point also being in the centerline of Layer Road, S.W.; thence northerly along the corporation line and its various courses to a point in the centerline of Burnett Road, S.W.; thence easterly, along the corporation line and its various courses to a point in the centerline of Burnett Road S.W.; thence northerly along the rear property line to a point in the south right of way line of the lands now or formerly owned by the Erie-Lackawanna Railway; thence easterly along the south right of way to a point in the east right of way of Clark Avenue, S.W., thence northerly to a point in the north right of way line of the lands of the Erie Lackawanna Railway; thence easterly along the north right of way and the corporation line along its various courses to a point where the centerline of Lovers Lane, N.W. if extended southerly would intersect; thence northerly along the extended centerline of Lovers Lane, N.W. and the corporation line to the centerline of West Market Street; thence continuing northerly along the centerline of Lovers Lane, N.W. and the extended centerline of Lovers Lane, N.W. and the corporation line to a point in the centerline of the Mahoning River; thence continuing northerly along the centerline of the Mahoning River and the corporation line to a point in the 1972 corporation line as established by Ordinance 7455/72, dated June 6, 1972; thence westerly, northerly and easterly along the 1972 corporation line to a point in the centerline of the Mahoning River and the corporation line; thence northerly following the corporation line along its various courses to a point in the centerline of the Mahoning River, such point being the southeast corner of a forty-two acre parcel of land annexed to the City by Ordinance 7254/71, dated February 18, 1971; thence westerly following the 1971 corporation line along its various courses to a point in the centerline of North Leavitt Road, N.W.; thence northeasterly along the centerline of North Leavitt Road, N.W. and the 1971 corporation line to a point; thence westerly along the 1971 corporation line to a point being in the west 1990 corporation line of the City being a 79.66 acre parcel of land annexed to the City by Ordinance 10060/89, dated December 13, 1989; thence southerly, westerly and northerly along the 1990 corporation line and following its various courses to the centerline of Parkman Road, N.W.; thence southwesterly and southerly along the centerline of Parkman Road, N.W. and its extension to a point in the centerline of West Market Street, which is the true place of beginning.
