The Sixth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the centerline of South Street, S.W. intersects the centerline of the Mahoning River; thence southerly along the centerline of the Mahoning River to a point in the corporation line of the City; thence westerly along the corporation line and across Main Avenue, S.W. to a point in the centerline of Highland Avenue, S.W.; thence northerly along the corporation line and the centerline of Highland Avenue, S.W. to a point; thence westerly along the corporation line to a point in the northeast corner of the 1979 corporation line of the City as established by Ordinance 8753/79, dated May 21, 1979; thence southerly along the 1979 corporation line to a point in the southeast corner of the 1979 corporation line; thence westerly along the 1979 corporation line to a point in the southwest corner of the 1979 corporation line, such point also being in the east right-of-way line of Tod Avenue, S.W.; thence northeasterly along the 1979 corporation line and the east right-of-way line to a point in the northwest corner of the 1979 corporation line; thence westerly along the corporation line to a point in the east line of the Palmyra Heights Plat; thence southerly along the east plat line and westerly along the south plat line to a point in the corporation line as established by Ordinance 7763/74, dated January 8, 1974; thence following the 1974 corporation line southerly and westerly to a point in the southwest corner of the 1974 corporation line, such point also being in the section line common to Sections 32 and 33 of the original survey of Warren Township; thence northerly along the common section line and the 1974 corporation line to a point in the centerline of Palmyra Road, S.W.; thence continuing northerly along the common section line and the 1971 corporation line to a point in the centerline of Risher Road S.W.; thence westerly along the centerline of Risher Road, S.W. to a point where the centerline of Martin Luther King Avenue, S.W. if extended southerly would intersect; thence northerly along the extended centerline and the centerline of Martin Luther King Avenue, S.W. to a point in the centerline of Steele Street, S.W.; thence easterly along the centerline of Steele Street, S.W. to a point in the centerline of Reserve Avenue S.W.; thence northerly along the centerline of Reserve Avenue, S.W. to a point where the centerline of Hamilton Street, S.W. if extended westerly would intersect; thence easterly along the extended centerline and centerline of Hamilton Street, S.W. to a point in the centerline of Nevada Avenue, S.W.; thence northerly along the centerline of Nevada Avenue S.W. and its extension to a point in the centerline of West Market Street; thence easterly along the centerline of West Market Street to a point in the centerline of South Street, S.W.; thence continuing easterly along the centerline of South Street, S.W. to a point in the centerline of the Mahoning River, which is the true place of beginning.
