The Fifth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of East Market Street where the centerline of Adelaide Avenue, S.E. if extended northerly would intersect; thence easterly along the centerline of East Market Street and continuing past Mosquito Creek to a point in the east 1981 corporation line of the City as established by Ordinance 9058/81, dated June 11, 1981; thence southerly along the 1981 corporation line and following its various courses to the southerlymost point in the 1981 corporation line; thence northwesterly along the 1981 corporation line to a point in the centerline of East Market Street; thence westerly along the centerline of East Market Street to a point in the centerline of North Road and the corporation line; thence southerly along the centerline of North Road, S.E. and the corporation line to a point being the southeast corner of a 20.46 acre parcel of land annexed to the City by Ordinance 6229/64, dated April 28, 1964; thence westerly along the south line of the parcel and corporation line to a point in the east line of the North-Mar No. 2 Plat; thence southerly along the east plat line and the corporation line to a point being the southeast corner of the Plat; thence westerly along the south line of the Plat and the corporation line to a point in the centerline of Broadway Avenue, S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of Broadway Avenue, S.E. and the corporation line to a point in the northwest corner of the Eastgate Plat No. 2; thence easterly along the north line of the Plat and the corporation line and continuing to a point in the centerline of North Road, S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of North Road S.E. and the corporation line on its various courses to a point being the northwest corner of an 8.9 acre parcel of land annexed to the City by Ordinance 7777/74, dated January 28, 1974; thence easterly, northerly and easterly along the 1974 corporation line to a point in the 1970 corporation line as established by Ordinance 7192/70, dated August 10, 1970, thence northerly and easterly along the 1970 corporation line to a point in the centerline of Mosquito Creek, such point also being in the 1974 corporation line of the City as established by Ordinance 7765/74 dated January 8, 1974; thence northerly along the 1974 corporation line as established by Ordinance 7765/74 and the centerline of Mosquito Creek to a point in a northwest corner of the 1974 corporation line and the centerline of Mosquito Creek; thence easterly and northerly along the 1974 corporation line to a point in the southerly limited accessline of the State Route 82 Highway, such point also being in the 1974 corporation line; thence easterly along the southerly limited access line of State Route 82 to a point in the westerly right-of-way line of State Route 46, such point also being in the 1974 corporation line of the City; thence southerly and following the corporation line and its various courses to a point being the southeasterlymost corner in the 1974 corporation line; thence easterly along the 1974 corporation line to a point in the centerline of Mosquito Creek, such point also being in the 1970 corporation line; thence southerly along the centerline of Mosquito Creek and the 1970 corporation line and subsequent corporation line to a point in the southeast corner of the lands of now or formerly owned by Anthony Ciminero, such point also being in the 1978 corporation line as established by Ordinance 8674/78; thence westerly along the 1978 corporation line to a point in the centerline of North Road, S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of North Road, S.E., intersecting the centerline of Youngstown Road, S.E. and continuing southerly along the centerline of North Road, S.E. to the southerlymost point in the 1978 corporation line of the City as established by Ordinance 8675/78; thence westerly along the 1978 corporation line to a point in the west right-of-way line of North Road, S.E.; thence southerly, westerly and northerly along the 1978 corporation line to a point in the 1974 corporation line of the City as established by Ordinance 7775/74; thence westerly and following the 1974 corporation line along its various courses to a point in the corporation line 150 feet from the centerline of Ridge Avenue, S.E.; thence southerly and parallel to and 150 feet from the centerline of Ridge Avenue, S.E. along the corporation line to a point 150 feet south of the south line of Draper Street, S.E.; thence westerly along the corporation line and 150 feet south of the south line and parallel to Draper Street, S.E., to a point in the centerline of Niles Road, S.E.; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Niles Road, S.E. to the centerline of Colonial Street, S.E.; thence easterly along the centerline of Colonial Street, S.E. to a point in the centerline of Adelaide Avenue, S. E.; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Adelaide Avenue, S.E. to a point in the centerline of Youngstown Road, S.E.; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Youngstown Road, S.E. to a point where the centerline of Adelaide Avenue S.E. would intersect; thence northeasterly along the extended centerline and northeasterly and northerly along the centerline of Adelaide Avenue, S.E. and its extension to a point in the centerline of East Market Street which is the true place of beginning.
