The Mayor, upon the recommendation of the Fair Housing Commission, shall appoint an Administrator who may be a City employee. The Administrator shall have such duties, responsibilities and powers as may be provided by the Commission, including, but not limited to, receipt and processing of complaints on behalf of the Commission.
