513.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be subject to the applicable provisions of Section 501.99 .
   (b)   In addition to any other sanction or penalty imposed for a violation of Sections 513.04 , 513.05 or 513.12 , the court shall suspend for not less than six months or more than five years the driver’s or commercial driver’s license or permit of any person who is convicted of or has pleaded guilty to a violation of Section 513.04 , 513.05 or 513.12 . If the offender is a professionally licensed person or a person who has been admitted to the bar by the order of the Supreme Court in compliance with its prescribed and published rules, in addition to any other sanction or penalty imposed for violation of Section 513.04 , 513.05 or 513.12 , the court forthwith shall comply with Ohio R.C. 2925.38.
