103.03 DISPLAY OF STATE FLAG.

(a) The official flag of the State of Ohio shall be flown at all places where the flag of the United States is presently flown. The flag of Ohio shall be flown directly under the flag of the United States and on flagstaffs maintained by the City.

(b) The American Legion, V.F.W, and D.A.V. shall participate in this program by the donation of the State flag and incorporate the same by appropriate ceremonies.
