503.07 SIGNS IN COURT HOUSE PARK.

(a) No person shall erect or construct any billboard or sign in the Court House Park or in the space between the sidewalk and the curb in such Park at any time for any purpose.

(b) This section shall not apply to signs erected and maintained by any educational or charitable organizations whose signs have been approved by the Director of Public Service and Safety.
