Except where otherwise posted, parking within the area defined as the Central Business District is regulated as follows:
(a) On weekdays (Monday through Friday) from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., two hours, commencing upon the initial parking of a vehicle, is the maximum time that any motor vehicle may be parked.
(b) For the purpose of this section only, any vehicle that is moved to another on-street parking space within the Central Business District is deemed to have remained stationary.
(c) Unless otherwise posted within the Central Business District.
