1375.081 TAMPERING WITH SMOKE ALARMS PROHIBITED.

Except for purposes of replacement or repair or maintenance thereof and only for and during a reasonable period of time thereafter, no person shall disarm, disable, inactivate, render inoperative, or tamper with any smoke alarm or smoke detector required by Section 1375.08.
