937.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Warren Department of Water Pollution Control shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The City of Warren may collaborate with the Trumbull County Board of Health and other City Departments to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
